Social Approach
Asani is green development company on Bainbridge Island focused on building healthy, beautiful residential and commercial spaces in the Pacific Northwest. UnifiedNoise has worked with Asani extensively on multiple projects including Grow Community and PHC Construction in order to help them expand their digital footprint, grow thought leadership around their brands, and perform outreach to local news and media groups who influence their unique space. We’ve built content-rich blogs for them, created winning social media strategies to reach their customers, and are continuing to partner with them on exciting new projects that push the boundaries of traditional modes of business and development.
Social Approach
Using social media, UnifiedNoise launched a groundswell awareness campaign leading up to the launch of Grow Community’s model homes in the Bainbridge Island, WA community. Traditional marketing for new developments leans heavily on the MLS, print advertising and television and radio slots and focuses on highlighting the benefits of the homes. We chose to focus on showing the benefits of the entire community, and to show prospective home buyers that here was a place where their children could grow and they could be part of a community. Through blogging, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and outreach to local bloggers and influencers, Grow Community quickly became the hot topic on Bainbridge Island during the Summer of 2012, and reached it’s projected quota of visitors for the Fall of 2,000, within the first weekend of opening it’s model homes.
Social Approach
When the OFS booked the Gossip for their headlining act during the Olympia Film Festival, they came to us to develop a social media strategy and campaign to maximize awareness for the event and to create a buzz in the community. We created a giveaway centered on the OFS Facebook page which asked their fans to share the event for a chance to win free tickets to see the Gossip. The event was completely sold out and was shared hundreds of times within online Olympia communities.
Social Approach
Fobango tapped UnifiedNoise for a range of services for it’s initial web launch in 2011, including community management and growth hacking for it’s social media properties, as well as creating the viral launch strategy that propelled it into the spotlight as a consumer-friendly, affordable destination for home goods and furniture. We built their social media communities from the ground up, launched viral giveaways, and created their in-house social media customer relations guide and strategy which has given them a foundation for their extensive online marketing and customer-first approach to business.
Social Approach
PHC Construction is the construction arm of Asani, and builds efficient, sustainable commercial spaces throughout the west coast. UnifiedNoise built their blog in order to give them a place to showcase their amazing projects and helped them build a website that converts. We worked with them to develop copy for their brand that speaks to their ideal customer and represents their company as leaders in the green-build space.
